But some antiviruses don’t install on infected computers. So first you have to clean up the PC and then install an antivirus. Sometimes your antivirus may not be able to stop a computer virus. Download Comodo Cleaning Essentials. This also is a very good tool to clean up infected computer. I recommend this to one of my friend who had loads of virus in his laptop. It removed all of them 
Well, the products mentioned above are good virus removal tools but if you have a stubborn virus, then you might have to use few other tools before using the above products! This is because some viruses block certain antivirus tools. In such case first you have to terminate the process( you can see them running in task manager). once you stop the process run the virus removal tools they will remove the file responsible for that process and any infection!
To stop virus processes there is handy tool “Rkill“. RKill is a program that was developed at BleepingComputer.com that attempts to terminate known malware processes so that your normal security software can then run and clean your computer of infections. When RKill runs it will kill malware processes and then import a Registry file that removes incorrect file associations and fixes policies that stop us from using certain tools. When finished it will display a log file that shows the processes that were terminated while the program was running. As RKill only terminates a program’s running process, and does not delete any files, after running it you should not reboot your computer as any malware processes that are configured to start automatically will just be started again. Instead, after running RKill you should immediately scan your computer using some sort of anti-malware or anti-virus program so that the infections can be properly removed.
Rkill did a nice job of terminating, when it was tested with running virus processes!

Now to remove any leftover malware, Download and run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Free edition, which should remove any malware or trojan or spyware present in your system completely!
With the above mentioned tools, I’m pretty sure that you can remove any threats from your computer! However if your files are corrupted by viruses, it can’t be repaired! So better to have a good antivirus running in your PC which keeps the virus away! and have Backup for important files.
